Apply for admission to our program by filling out an application online and paying an application fee. Once we've accepted your child, you can come back here to review the admission and arrange for payment.

After completing the online application, you can send us a check or pay online using our secure server.

Enrolling in Millburn Short Hills Girls Lacrosse Club is a three-step process:

  1. Create your parent / guardian profile profile.
  2. Create the child’s profile by clicking Add Child.
  3. Enroll your children by clicking MSHGLAX Registration Schedule. Enrollment is complete after payment is made.
