There are 3 ways to help organize sports programs to make them easier for parents to find:
  • By Program: Programs appear as radio buttons across the top of the class schedules.  You may separate your programs by Boys and Girls, by level (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced), or by sport (if your program offers multiple sports).
  • By Season: The Seasons appear in the drop-down box on the schedules page.  You can separate your programs by timeframe (Spring 2009, Fall 2009, etc.) or by a combination of items (e.g. Spring 2009 Boys)
  • By Class/Team Location/Room: The class location/room is part of the information defined with the class/team.  You can indicate which field or gym your program is offered

I'd like to add that it will be much clearer to parents/customers if you don't use the same names for semesters/seasons thatyou use for classes/clinics.  While it may be tempting to call both your season and clinic "Winter Basketball", that will confuse your customers, and also look odd to them - why click on "Winter Basketball" in the season drop-down and then again to select the clinic with the same name?

Changing the name of the clinic to "Adult Players", even if that's the only clinic you're offering, will provide a better frame of reference:  now they're enrolling in the Adult Players clinic offered as part of your Winter Basketball season.
